Sitemap URLs not being accepted
Has anyone ever wondered why a percentage of all URLs submitted to Google via an XML Sitemap always get rejected (or not included in their index)? I have submitted site maps for multiple sites in the last few years, all of which contained legitimate URLs, and yet a handful always get rejected. Why is that? Does Google think I am spamming them? Duplicate content? Or that maybe those pages aren't worthy?
